Refunds & Exchanges
If you have made a mistake in your purchase please contact us immediately so we can assist, as we are unable to adjust your order once it has been shipped.

Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for “change of mind” or if your recipient would prefer a different gift.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges, once the gift has left our premises.

Damaged or Faulty Items
All items in Gifts For The Planet gifts are packed with due care to avoid damage, breakage or spoilage and are despatched from Gifts For The Planet in excellent condition. Gifts For The Planet does not accept responsibility for damage caused to a hamper once it has left our premises. However, In the event that your gift arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@giftsfortheplanet.com.au with photos within 24 hours of the delivery to organise replacement items.

Please note: do not accept a gift that is obviously damaged from any of our carriers.

Item Availability 
On the odd occasion that an item may not be available due to circumstance beyond our control, we will replace this item with that of equal or greater value with out notice.

Delivery and address details
It is the customer’s (sender) responsibility to ensure that all delivery addresses and details provided to Gifts For The Planet are correct.  A street address is required. Our carriers do not deliver to Post Office boxes. A business address is recommended, as all hampers must be signed for.  Should Gifts For The Planet incur any additional delivery costs as a result of any inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer, these additional costs will be passed on to the customer. Unless advised to do so, our carriers will not leave hampers at an unattended address. Please note: Gifts For The Planet takes no responsibility if damage of any description occurs with a hamper left at an address on your instruction. A card will be left to advise the recipient of attempted delivery; it is then the responsibility of the recipient to arrange re-delivery. Any re-delivery charges will be passed on to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Re-delivery charges of  up to $20.00 per item will apply.

Delivery Date
We will attempt to deliver as close as possible to your requested delivery date. Gifts For The Planet use Australia Post and external couriers and make every possible effort to deliver an order by the date requested. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Delivery Times
Delivering to certain areas, combined with the seasonal demand on courier and transport companies, at the time of ordering allowance should be made for delivery times as follows:
QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC Metro 1-3 working days
TAS & WA Metro 3-8 working days
NT, QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS & WA Country 4-10 working days
Please note that these times may change during peak seasons without further notice. As a guide only, our carriers deliver Monday to Friday only. Our carriers do not deliver Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.  Deliveries to street addresses only, Carriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, RMB’s or Parcel Boxes.

Delivery & Handling Charges
Our advertised gift hamper range incur a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 at checkout. Please contact us if you would prefer to get a shipping quote. All corporate orders will include shipping in the Invoiced price.

Late Delivery
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Gifts For the Planet if an order does not arrive by the due date. We will lodge inquiries with the carrier and ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Proof Of Delivery
Gifts For The Planet and its appointed carriers may request the signing of a document as proof of a delivery of an order. It is the responsibility of the customer to nominate a designated contact person to receive the delivered order from Gifts For The Planet, who may or may not be required to sign for the receipt of the hampers.

Gifts For the Planet supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
Under Australian Law we are only able to sell gift caskets containing alcohol to persons over the age of 18. The gift basket containing alcoholic product must be delivered as a gift to an adult.
By purchasing from Gifts For The Planet, the purchaser agrees to the terms that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old.
The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years. Upon delivery of alcoholic gift hampers, the recipient may be required to provide a valid ID for proof of age and to sign for the goods.

Payment is required prior to delivery. We have 2 easy to use methods for payment Credit Card Or Pay Pal.  All card details are protected with Secure Shopping.

For Corporate & bulk orders 50% payment is due on placing the order & the outstanding balance is due prior to dispatch (please allow 2 business day for funds to clear).  We accept Direct Bank Transfers – Our account details are provided on our invoices.

Authority to Leave a Gift
If you give “Authority to Leave a Gift”, Gifts For The Planet is not responsible for the loss or damage of gifts once delivery is complete.

Custom Orders
If you would like us to customise a gift especially for you, let us know the occasion and your budget and we will be delighted to help.

International Orders
We are happy to receive orders from overseas for friends or family living in Australia. If you would like any help in ordering please email hello@giftsfortheplanet.com.au or DM us through social media.

Corporate order Required Details
All corporate & bulk order must be received via email or through our website ordering system. Once your order has been received you will be sent a quote/invoice. To ensure smooth processing of your order we require the following information:

Sender's Details:
Contact Name, Company, Address, Phone Number, Email and Purchase Order Number (if applicable).
Receiver's Details: Contact Name, Delivery Address, Phone Number, Any Delivery Instructions
Note: All hampers must be signed for, so a business address is strongly recommended. Re-delivery charges of $20.00 per item will apply. Please ensure recipient address details are correct and current to avoid delivery delays and extra charges.
Hamper Details: Name of hamper/s and quantity of each.
Delivery Date: Date you require hamper/s to be delivered “no later than”. Please refer to table below for approximate delivery times.
Message: Any message you may require to accompany the hamper. NOTE: Message space is limited to 200 characters including spaces and punctuation. 

We are not registered to collect for GST, so all prices do not include GST.
